Traditional Recommended Use: 
Shake well. Take two tablespoon (one ounce) preferable ½ hour before breakfast. Can be mixed with any fruit juice (we recommend unsweetened fresh fruit juices such as pineapple or apple).  REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. We also recommend to refrigerate BEFORE opening to reduce natural pungent flavor and taste.
